劳拉·米勒博士.D.

Dr. 米勒读完了博士学位。.D. 2010年在加州大学获得的, Santa Barbara and has been teaching at West Georgia since fall 2011. She studies the intersections of literature, media, and science during the eighteenth century. 她的第一本书， Reading 受欢迎的 Newtonianism: Print, the 原理, and the Dissemination of Newtonian Science, was published by the University of Virginia Press in 2018. Dr. Miller has held fellowships at the Houghton 图书馆 at Harvard University, 费城图书馆公司, and the Historical Society of Pennsylvania. She is currently working on her second book, Prescriptive Communities: 图书馆 Readers and the Origins of Public Health, as well as other projects related to 图书馆 history, science, the digital humanities, and gender.
